1. What is the LJ Whiskey Family Punch Program?

The LJ Whiskey Family Punch Program is a rewards system where you earn punches for purchasing LJ Single Barrel selections. These punches can be used to request a hold on allocated whiskey bottles or enter our yearly raffle for a chance to purchase highly soughtafter whiskeys at MSRP.

2. How do I earn punches?

You can earn punches in two ways:

  • In-Store Purchases: 
    • Provide your phone number associated with your LJ Whiskey Family (LJWF) account to the cashier during checkout. Your punches will be added automatically.
    • If you forget to provide your phone number or create an account after your purchase, log in to your LJWF account and click on the Request Punches tab to enter your transaction details.
  • Online Purchases: 
    • Place an order for an eligible LJ Single Barrel on www.liquorjunction.com.
    • Once you receive an email notification that your order is ready for pickup, log in to your LJWF account, click on Request Punches, and select Online to enter your transaction details.
    Important: You must wait until your order is processed before requesting punches.

3. What if I don’t see my punches added to my account?

  • First, check that you provided your correct phone number during checkout.
  • If you did not provide your phone number at checkout, manually enter your transaction details under the Request Punches tab in your LJWF account.
  • If you experience an error and believe your transaction is eligible, email whiskey@liquorjunction.com

4. How can I use my punches?

You can use punches in two ways:

1. Request a Hold on Allocated Whiskey Bottles
  • Use your punches to reserve bottles of rare whiskeys such as Michter’s 10 Year, Weller Antique 107, Weller Special Reserve, Blanton’s, and more!
  • As allocated bottles become available, we will update this website and post announcements on LJ Whiskey Family’s social media pages – Facebook & Instagram.

2. Enter the Yearly Raffle for Extremely Rare Whiskey
  • Your punches can be used to enter a raffle for a chance to purchase Buffalo Trace Antique Collection, Van Winkle Expressions, and other rare bottles at MSRP.
  • We will announce raffle details, including the date and number of bottles available, on LJ Whiskey Family’s social media pages – Facebook & Instagram.

5. Do my punches expire?

No, punches do not expire. However, once they are used to purchase an allocated bottle or entered into the yearly raffle, they cannot be reused—just like a lottery ticket.

6. How will I know if I successfully reserved a whiskey bottle?

  • Once you submit a hold request, you will receive a confirmation within 1-2 business days regarding availability and pickup details.
  • If your request is approved, you will have two week to purchase your bottle before it is released to the general public.

7. Does earning punches guarantee I can buy allocated whiskey?

No. Having punches does not guarantee you will be able to purchase a specific whiskey. However, it increases your chances of securing rare bottles at MSRP.

8. Can I transfer my punches to someone else?

No, punches are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.

9. Can I use punches for discounts on other products?

No, punches do not have any monetary value and cannot be used for discounts.

10. Where can I stay updated on allocated whiskey releases and raffle details?
